As the new academic year is beginning to hit its stride, our Teacher Networks in the South West have begun to meet up.

South West Maths Hub Level 3 Workgroups; Pedagogy and Core Maths

The AMSP works closely with all of the Maths Hubs across the South of England. In particular we support each other at level 3 by the way of Work Groups which are focussed on A level Pedagogy and Core Maths.

Girls Participation taster session

I am a post-16 maths teacher within a federation of schools in Bristol. Over the past couple of years, I have become very aware of the difficulty we have experienced in recruiting girls to participate in level 3 maths.
