Bookings are open for our summer cohort of Subject Knowledge Live (SKL) courses. This next round will kick off from April and run throughout the summer term.

Course Overview

During our Subject Knowledge Live courses, you’ll explore essential content from all major GCSE, AS/A Level, and Core Maths specifications. The courses are designed to deepen your subject knowledge, covering key topics, addressing common misconceptions, and promoting cross-topic fluency. You’ll also engage in discussions with other teachers preparing to teach the same material, offering valuable insights and shared experiences. This is particularly beneficial to teachers who might not otherwise have the opportunity to engage with others in their network.

These courses are delivered through live online sessions, carefully structured to fit into your schedule without requiring you to take full days away from your school or college. You’ll be guided by expert tutors with many years of teaching experience. The interactive, synchronous format enhances both subject knowledge and pedagogical skills, with a strong focus on effective content delivery and the use of technology in teaching. You’ll gain practical strategies while benefiting from the flexibility of learning from home.

Course Structure

Each course consists of weekly live online sessions. You’ll receive exclusive access to course-specific teaching and learning resources on the Integral platform. Plus, recordings of all live sessions will be available for a year so that you can revisit the content anytime.
